Virtual Marketing Assistant
Remote Position - Part Time

We are looking to hire a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support our marketing team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of online research, data organization, and marketing-related tasks. You will report directly to the marketing manager and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing efforts.

Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Conduct online research to gather data and insights as needed.
  • Create and maintain organized contact lists for outreach purposes.
  • Draft and send outreach emails in alignment with marketing strategies.
  • Assist in setting up and scheduling marketing emails using email marketing tools.
  • Perform general data organization and ensure the accuracy of information.
  • Provide support with marketing-related administrative tasks as assigned.

Virtual Assistant Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Active Campaign, or similar).
  • Ability to conduct thorough online research and compile findings into actionable formats.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet deadlines.
